1 Subject of the obligation of confidentiality
1.1 The Parties undertake and guarantee to keep all Information disclosed or provided by the other Party (hereinafter “Disclosing Party”) and its Affiliated Companies confidential, at least according to the protection standard described in Paragraph 1.2, and, with the excep-tion of Public Information, not to make any of this Information available in part or in whole, neither directly nor indirectly, to any third party without prior written consent of the Disclosing Party. The Receiving Party may disclose Information to the extent to which it is required to be disclosed in a judicial, regulatory or administrative process pursuant to judicial or arbitral action, government regulations or stock exchange, or other similar requirements. The Re-ceiving Party shall promptly notify the Disclosing Party in such event and shall allow the Disclosing Party an opportunity to oppose such requirement. The Receiving Party shall take all reasonable steps provided for in such judicial, regulatory or administrative process to preserve the confidentiality of the Information.
