1.2 Protection Standards for Confidential Information:
i. Confidential Information has to be labelled explicitly as such. This label has to be at-tached to the original and to every copy/printout. The Receiving Party agrees to exer-cise the same degree of care, but not less than reasonable care, as the Receiving Party exercises for its own Information of similar nature to treat as Confidential Information and to hold in confidence. Confidential Information shall only be made accessible to the extent and to those employees, organs and consultants as absolutely necessary for the Purpose of the Cooperation. These employees, organs and consultants have to be obliged beforehand in writing to confidentiality according to the standards of this Agreement on Confidential Information. Evidence of this, along with a listing of all em-ployees, organs and consultants has to be submitted from the Receiving Party upon re-quest from Disclosing Party in the form of a list according to Appendix 3: a list of Project Participants In The Confidential Area.
ii. In individual cases, the Disclosing Party may allow exceptions to the security standard. This requires written documentation.
